Salary: $2800 - $3500

Time: Mon - Fri, 8:30 am-6 pm

Location: Near to Macpherson (500m walking distance to office)

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close cycles through effective planning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Establish, document and perform internal control procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Perform the most complex accounting activities.
- Work with Quick Books and utilize key interfaces and interdependencies to extract data for financial reporting needs.
- Make enhancements to financial systems and associated processes and participate in or lead their implementation.
- Work closely with other departments on increasingly complex department projects and continuous improvement activities that may span beyond the scope of own team's responsibilities.
- Coordinate with Risk Management, Sales, Technical and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Accounting Qualification or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant accounting / start as a graduate trainee
- Advanced Excel expertise preferred
- Experience with accounting system example Quick Books
- Familiarity with Singapore Accounting Standards, Singapore GST and Corporate Tax
- Familiarity with yearly audit preparation
- Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions to achieve results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
