**Responsibilities**
- Consolidate monthly orders from SG managers.
- Issue POs to suppliers ensuring accuracy of price, description and quantity.
- Manage orders and update quantity, price, and shipment details on time.
- Monitor orders from PO issuance to shipment, ensuring timely arrival and good condition of goods.
- Determine final shipment mode based on stocks, freight charges, and duration.
- Communicate with freight forwarders for import shipment delays.
- Process inbound allocation and notify related parties of arrival date and delays.
- Monitor inventory to ensure sufficient stocks for the Singapore market.
- Raise claims with suppliers for incorrect, defective, or shortage of products.
- Arrange order fulfillment for Company's subsidiaries.
- Administer and verify pricing of invoices.
- Track shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, and certificate of analysis.
- Prepare reports and memos for management and finance.
- Assist in warehouse material management.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

**Requirement**
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
