**Job Summary**:
The Outlet Manager will assist the General Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing staff and services to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that customer service standards are upheld consistently. This role will involve supervising a team of hosts, service attendants, and bar staff, while also overseeing VIP room bookings, floor operations, and guest relations.

The Manager is expected to help formulate and implement operating procedures, train and develop staff, and support executive management in achieving both short and long-term objectives set by Virtue Venture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Excellence**:

- Coordinate floor and bar operations during service hours to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the General Manager in achieving outlet targets through proactive oversight and decision-making.
- Deputize for the AGM/GM during their absence.
- Review daily shift logs and oversee pre-shift team briefings.
- Conduct regular inspections of table setups, restaurant cleanliness, and bar presentation to ensure standards are met.
- Review reservations, assign tables, and prepare for special guest requests.
- Ensure menus, beverage lists, and service tools are available and in good condition for each service.
- Anticipate high-volume periods and implement strategies to manage guest flow and service consistency.
- Assist in the execution of client-based events (excluding artist/DJ liaison).

**Financial Oversight**:

- Understand and monitor outlet P&L performance and cost control opportunities.
- Ensure proper execution of cashiering procedures and compliance with financial controls.
- Monitor inventory and conduct bi-weekly stock takes for bar items.

**Guest Experience & VIP Service**:

- Personally welcome guests and handle all feedback and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain high-touch service standards, especially for VIP bookings and private room experiences.
- Advise guests on menu and beverage selections to elevate dining experiences.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and collaborate with service and bar staff to ensure consistent excellence.

**Human Resource Management**:

- Supervise, mentor, train, and schedule staff to maintain strong team performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
- Approve rosters and manage time-off or flex-day requests.
- Develop a work culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and staff satisfaction.
- Coordinate staff training in service standards and operational procedures.

**Bar Management**:

- Assist in curating cocktail and beverage menus to align with brand identity and guest preferences.
- Delegate responsibilities among full-time and part-time staff to ensure operational flow.
- Uphold SOPs for efficient bar preparation, execution, and clean-down.

**Job Requirements**:
**Education & Certification**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality/Restaurant Management, or equivalent F&B experience.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role within hospitality or nightlife venues.
- Strong understanding of service operations, with experience handling both dining and bar service.
- Basic knowledge of P&L reporting and cost control.
- Experience handling VIP clientele is a strong advantage.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Energetic, confident, and service-driven, with the ability to lead a young and dynamic team.
