**About Us**:
Relevé Gym & Dance is an established Rhythmic Gymnastics academy dedicated to our mission of inspiring and empowering our athletes to embrace the elegance and athleticism of rhythmic gymnastics, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes personal growth, skill development, and a lifelong love for the sport.
**We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about Rhythmic Gymnastics and working with children to join our team of instructors and coaches. As an RG Coach at Relevé, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower students of varying ages while taking a leading role in growing our RG program.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coach and mentor gymnasts at various skill levels, guiding their advancement within the sport.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs/lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of assigned level of gymnasts.
- Prepare and accompany gymnasts to local and international competitions and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and confidence to succeed.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of gymnasts regularly, adjusting training plans as necessary to maximize performance and minimize the risk of injury.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive training environment.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and techniques in rhythmic gymnastics coaching, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development. Participate in the planning and organization of in-house events and competitions to showcase student achievements and promote the school.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a gymnast and RG instructor is preferred.
- Familiarity with FIG Code of Points is preferred.
- Able to choreograph routines.
- Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or equivalent is advantageous.
- Strong passion for working with children and helping them develop both physically and as individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students and parents effectively (English language skills required).
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and energetic individual who is willing to learn and grow within the role. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on Relevé’s schedule.

**Working Hours**:

- Full Time: Up to 40 hours a week. Part Time: Availability dependent, minimum 15 hours per week.
