Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach Position

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for rhythmic gymnastics? We seek an experienced coach to develop and implement comprehensive training programs, mentor athletes, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Design & Implementation
    Develop and oversee structured training programs for athletes of various ages and skill levels.
  • Athlete Development & Performance
    Mentor athletes to achieve their full potential, ensuring technical progress and personal growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
    Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, school representatives, and partner organizations through professional communication.
  • Team Contribution & Culture Alignment
    Collaborate with fellow coaches to align training philosophies and maintain a positive team culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of rhythmic gymnastics coaching experience, preferably in competitive settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in rhythmic gymnastics or ballet/dance.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple athletes.
