**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assisting to the General Manager
- Design strategy, set achiveable goals for growth and development to achieve the company Sales Target.
- Control/maintain budgets and optimize expenses in Procurement
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure employees are motivated and productive
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Prepare regular reports for top management reviews
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Proven experience as a Assistant General Manager or similar executive role with experience running a manufacturing industry
- Proven High Sales Records achievement.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills with experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, operations, HR, procurement, etc.)
- Strong analytical ability and equipped with a problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
