**Responsibilities:
**Operations**
- Manage day-to-day operations, including administrativeoversight
- Develop and implement operational systems and service flows
- Ensure budget compliance, manage KPIs and financial reports
- Organize and manage events as part of our strategy inalignement with SAMH’s Vision and MissionUndertake supervision and performance appraisal
**Business development and stakeholder engagement**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder for service delivery and excellence
- Seek and increase funding source for sustainable service development and continuity
- Foster relationships with external agencies for continual engagement
**Strategy Development**
- Identify and analyze future trends and historical data
- Develop a strategic plan/roadmap for SAMH Creative Services,integrating services within a wellness center
- Cascade strategic directions through team huddles, providingtimely progress reports
- Plan and review staff requirements, career progression, and
- Identify, define and implement assessment and measurement tools
