**Accountable For**:
- Management of regional human resources related matters in APAC in a way that is consistent with global HR processes and leverage global HR tools.Principal Objective of Role Deliver professional HR support in the region that can attract, retain and develop the best talents in the region**Responsible For**:
- Talent attraction and onboarding;
- Recruitment of new employees
- Employment contracts
- Onboarding of employees locally
- Company profiling versus schools, industry and other relevant institutions
- Drive and facilitate the annual HR cycle process and support anchoring with leaders across the region;
- Annual appraisal process
- Salary process
- Annual Engagement survey
- Consulting and advising leaders in the region on;
- employee conditions
- employee development and career progression
- Employee cases (disputes, exits, HR legal)
- Management of global reward strategy in region;
- Position management
- Title-structure
- Compensation strategy

- Culture and value ambassador
- Lifestyle and well-being initiatives
- Ensure regional compliance and maintenance of ISO 45001, 9001 & 14001 in regards to People&Culture - promoting safe and healthy working
- Managing of employment contracts
- Keeping up to date with employment trends, local laws and regulations
- Building relationships within the industry and with governing bodies (subsidies, training and cooperation)
- Reviewing staff benefits
- Monitoring career progression
- Enhancing professional development

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma or First Degree ;
- 8+ years Human Resource Management experience in international companies with a professional HR tool-box
- Strong demonstrated business understanding
- Complete understanding of BWS values
- Be comfortable in an international environment
- Possess great communications skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong command in English Personal attributes
- Honesty, Integrity and Reliability;
- Highly developed Delegation and Empowerment capabilitites;
- Proven decision making capabilities;
- Ability to represent the Company at all levels and to build strong client and customer relationships.
