People Manager, South East Asia

We are seeking an experienced and strategic people professional to lead the management of our Human Resources teams in South East Asia. As a key member of our regional leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our organisation through effective talent management, performance development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Lead and manage the SEA HR Team to deliver high-quality HR services
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes through people-related initiatives
• Manage headcount planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and well-being within the SEA region

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in legal industry or blue-chip organisations
• Strong technical HR knowledge, including talent management, change management, engagement, and performance management
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with ability to develop leaders
• Ability to build trust, influence, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
