**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assisting operation Manager in retail operations and administrative support. (e.g., Prepare DO, report)
- Assist warehouse daily operation. (e.g., stock take)
- Stock checking and inform retailers when the stocks are low.
- Merchandising and ensuring that our products are placed properly with sufficient stocks, at the right price. Check the product expiry date.
- Ensure promotions are properly executed in-store.
- Take photos of the shelf before and after replenishing the stocks. Report it to the manager.
- Prevent large amounts of RTV from the retailers. Exchange products if necessary.
- Support E-Commerce warehouse packing if needed.
- Support Events if necessary.
- Other ad hoc duties.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Woodlands 11.
- Ability to accept constructive internal and/or external feedback on work.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**LOCATION & WORKING HOURS**:

- Walking distance from Admiralty MRT
- 5-day work week, 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM
