Your job responsibilities involve:
1. Planning and creating outstanding content for social media platforms.

2. Content planning and copywriting for social media platforms such as FB, IG, Tiktok.

3. Create a content calendar with messages also means making sure the posts and content are distributed on the channel at the right time.

4. Develop creative marketing content

5. Product photography

6. Graphic design

7. Keeping up with social media trends/functions

8. Knowledge on video production

9. Collaborate with influencers and other stakeholders to create video contents

10. Community management involves answering direct messages and questions, replying to comments and maybe giving shoutouts on social media to people who share content or tag your accounts.

11. Monitor how content is performing is a popular way to make sure a social media strategy and approach is working.

12. Analyse and report back on content, looking at key performance indicators and content types to make recommendations

13. Manage paid social media advertising such as budgets and allocating spending to posts to help achieve maximum results for campaigns.

14. Create strong written posts that have excellent grammar and spelling that grab the attention of the audience.

15. Work with other visual media designers to create exciting, fun content that helps achieve the business aims,

16. Stay up to date with all developments in social media, such as legal changes, new platforms and new features introduced

Some of the skills include:
1. Possess a strong grasp of written English, including grammar and spelling, is essential for a social media executive.

2. Able to think creatively and try new types and styles of content as well as craft messages that grab the audience's attention.

3. Work with designers to create exceptional eye-catching visuals and being able to jump on trends and act with reactive creativity is key.

4. Manage multiple different social media channels, potentially across multiple clients or time zones, means good time management and organisation are essential skills.

5. Familiar with social media platforms (e.g IG, Tiktok is a plus)

6. Product photography and videography

7. Graphic design tools and software (Adobe PS/AI/Adobe Premiere Pro would be a plus)

8. Analyse and understand the data from social media reporting and help to adjust strategies, find new ways to experiment, support the gym expansion work and give evidence as needed to make changes.

You must be willing to help members in their health and fitness transformational journey, via marketing gym facilities, membership services and training progammes. Most important, you will help to present their success stories, challenges in their endeavours as well as their lessons in life. In thi role, you are expected to pick up general management and operations skills in this fitness business, working closely with the business owners to build a top class gym operations team.

There are many routes to succeed in a start up company pursing a global franchise strategy. The growth path is clear as the company seeks to expand quickly in the next few years. Hence, you are expected to grow quickly in the job and support the company's rapid expansion plans in Singapore in the next 3 years. The bigger objective is to expand our gym footprints to overseas countries.
