Singapore Axiom Law Full time

We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our ranks to support our F500 clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal function
- Provide company secretarial or compliance support as required
- Collaborate effectively with lawyers and other team members

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin included)
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
