Working days & hours: Only 5.5 work week / Wednesday to Monday (Closed on Monday half day & Tuesday full day) 11.00am to 2.30pm & 5.00pm to 9.30pm
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of customer service
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B team training and appraising talented personnel
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Assist in ordering, purchasing and stocking F&B products
