The Finance Associate will report to the Finance Manager and will work closely with the Membership and Partnership team. He/She is responsible for handling the financial aspect of revenue reporting and other finance-related duties as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for generating accurate and timely invoices for clients, ensuring alignment with contracts and agreements.
- Keep Salesforce updated with all receipt information, ensuring that all financial data is accurately captured and current.
- Enter revenue data into financial accounting systems with precision, ensuring that all entries are accurate and reflect actual transactions.
- Conduct regular reconciliations between Salesforce and financial accounting systems to ensure consistency and accuracy in data across both platforms.
- Perform bank reconciliations for various accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and reconciled.
- Any other activity that is assigned to this role by the finance manager.
- Any adhoc assignments as required from the finance team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum graduate in Accounting or related disciplines
- 1-3 years’ experience in Accounting (partial or full sets accounts)
- Proficient with Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Must be able to take initiative
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Tally and Salesforce (added advantage)
- Interest in working in social sector
