**1. **
Azqore is a leader in outsourced banking services. One of the entities under Credit Agricole Indosuez Wealth Management, providing integrated solutions and quality services to our clients.
The Marketing Associate intern will support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Asia in all Marketing and Communications related work for Azqore Asia. The Intern with also work in close coordination with the Marketing and Communications team in Lausanne and other Marketing and Communications teams within the CA Group as well as external providers, where relevant, for events organisation and coordination.
Intern will be able to learn how marketing and communications strategies are developed and executed, and will be exposed to Azqore’s USP as an end-to-end systems provider to Private Banks as well as our strength in back office execution and cutting edge digital development. Exposure to how private banks operate is a natural by-product as they form our Client base.
**2. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
**Qualification / Education required**:Final year student pursuing a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing/ Communications Studies
**Requirements**:Strong dedication to quality of service, independent, resourceful, attention to detail, a “can do” as well as team player attitude
**3. RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Assisting in preparation of marketing materials
2. Assisting in events planning, preparation, execution, including researching for vendors, venue, following up on invites, guest lists, seating plan, events agenda, speakers etc.
3. Helping to prepare/finalise presentations and marketing materials for events, proofreading, editing of presentations for events, for language, consistency of look and feel etc.
4. Assisting to carry out communications strategy, internal and external newsletters, advertisements, subscriptions, write-ups, videos, interviews, and other ad-hoc communications as required
