Singapore Office Secretaries Full time

Job Description- The role requires an individual to provide full spectrum of secretarial service to the team.- Key responsibilities include:
- Managing workload effectively to provide timely and accurate support to lawyers
- Assisting lawyers with their calendar management, organising of internal/external meetings, organising of travel arrangements and expenses claims
- Matter project administration including but not limited to matter opening, time recording, filing, preparing and sending out of bills including bill narrations, and archiving
- Preparing legal documents and court bundles
- Assisting with e-litigation (Court filings and calendar) and searches (ACRA etc)
- Undertaking other general secretarial administrative tasks (typing, filing, printing, scanning, etc.)
- Requirements- Qualifications /skills / attributes:
- Preferably with legal secretarial or paralegal experience in the recent 5 years, supporting legal teams specialising in complex international disputes
- Experience in e-litigation is preferred but not mandatory as necessary training will be provided
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, responsible, proactive, and team player
