Vacancy for CFS Manager.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Set strategic department goals or objectives that meets the requirements of the company business plan or objectives.

2. Plans and organise Warehouse activities.

3. Utilises available management tools to monitor, control and/or improve all operating costs including direct payroll costs, staff productivity and administration costs.

4. Analyses, updates and reports current and projected department’s operations performance on a monthly basis.

5. Establish and manage rules and procedures for warehouse operations.

6. Responsible for shipment & inventory accuracy, and necessary management reporting.

7. Constantly reviewing and improving operations to keep safety, high product quality.

8. Develops and implements methods and processes to improve service quality, reduce running cost and improve productivity.

9. Perform audits or spot checks on various warehouse activities to ensure operations are running orderly and smoothly.

10. Closing of daily accounts and collections, i.e. Forklift and store rental, inclusive of Famous transport staff expenses.

11. Attend respective meeting, discussion and patrol pertaining to above.

12. Takes up tasks and assignments as and when assigned.
