1. Food Safety and Hygiene

2. Food and Beverage Quality Audit and Compliance

3. Food and Beverage Production Management

4. Western Moist-Heat Dish Preparation and Cooking

5. Western Dry-Heat Dish Preparation and Cooking

6. Workplace Safety and Health for F&B Operations

7. Food and Beverage Inventory Management

8. Western Cold Dish Preparation

9. Prepare Pasta

10. Service Excellence Level

11. Prepare Specialty Coffee Services

The rate for trainers with WSQ experience ranges from:
1. 2 - 3 years experience - $35/hr

2. 4 years and above - $40/hr

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
