- Manage min 2-4 projects at any one time.
- Understand homeowners’ requirement and prepare for design proposal/mood board.
- Drafting of 2D spatial plan layouts.
- Prepare BQ quotations.
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors to address client's requirements.
- Work with Project Manager to ensure full onsite project completion.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries.
- Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when needed.
- Coordinate with inhouse drafter and 3D team.
- Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.

**Requirement**
- Proficient in AutoCAD would be a plus.
- Able to work independently.
- Working days : 5.5 days (Monday to Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-2pm)
