**Your new role**
As a key member of the team reporting into the HR Manager, you'll be a business partner to plant operators, ensuring smooth site operations. You will also be responsible for Employee Relations issues and conducting investigations using a systematic framework.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll have experience as a HRBP covering manufacturing functions. You are passionate about building relationships and being the voice of employees. You are culturally sensitive and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds. You are comfortable with a flexible working arrangement as you support operators who are working round the clock.
