Singapore Office Secretaries Full time

Ensure the new company incorporation business take-on process is conducted to required standards- Ensure related documentation is complete and accurate, dealing with clients on the same.- Ensure systems are updated accordingly- Liaise with colleagues (including business development, lawyers, compliance and HK, BVI and Cayman team members) and clients- Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time- Competencies:
- Preferably with 3 to 4 years of corporate secretarial experience for Singapore, BVI and Cayman Islands companies- Understand client Due Diligence procedures- Working knowledge of corporate services procedures, in particular, incorporation process- Motivated and professional with good attention to details- Can work independently within a team structure- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential- Knowledge of ViewPoint will be an advantage
