At Rapid Physiocare, we are dedicated to providing exceptional physiotherapy services. We are seeking a motivated Senior Executive - Operations to join our dynamic clinic operations team. **Position Overview**:
As a Senior Executive in Operations, you will support the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily clinic activities and resource utilization. Your primary goal will be to ensure cost-effective and efficient management of the clinic's operations.

You will oversee the daily functions of our clinics, managing the clinic admin team to deliver high-quality patient care and services. You will be responsible for training staff, optimizing service slot utilization across all clinics, managing patient feedback, and planning clinic manpower with appropriate job allocation to enhance service quality. You will also play a key role in strategizing and implementing initiatives aimed at improving work processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization and cost management.
- Manage day-to-day operations and the clinic admin team to enhance service provision and patient care.
- Conduct clinic manpower planning and ensure appropriate job allocation for staff.
- Train staff to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Optimize service slot utilization across all clinics.
- Manage patient feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and service quality.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance and implement improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in any discipline.
- Strong passion for planning, analyzing, and enhancing operations.
- Previous experience in operations or administration within the healthcare sector, preferably in a physiotherapy clinic.
- Excellent people management skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-moving environment.
- Availability to work a 5.5-day work week, including Saturdays.
