**Job Responsibility**
- Work closely with Business Users/Functional Business analyst/technical managers to understand requirements, perform impact analysis.
- Understand and contribute to the functional and technical solution from design through to code level.
- Communicate and seek concurrence to refine FSD where required.
- Accountable for end-to-end software development and support. This includes impact analysis, functional specifications, technical specifications, development, implementation, testing and support.
- Accountable for modifying existing programs when required.
- Manage team of system analyst.
- Responsible for review of the deliverables for the team.
- Responsible for understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level for the system analyst.
- Provide high level estimates for the projects.
- Work closely with technical managers in all change requests, analyze and review enhancements for compatibility and adhere to operating guidelines.
- Ensure appropriate standards and procedures are adhered to during the development process to support quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot, debug and provide production system support.
- Create and timely maintain project documentation in accordance with the bank standards.

**Job Requirements**

**Technical Skills & Experience**
- Functional understanding in Credit Card Ecosystem (Card acquisition, issuance, authorization, settlement, disputes, collections and scheme compliance).
- Technically competent in IBM AS400 Platform, RPG, COBOL, CL, CICS, Batch and EZT programming
- Strong hands-on functional and technical knowledge of Collection system (CACS) and Cardlink.
- Good to have knowledge of VisionPLUS CTA collection system.
- Hands on knowledge on working with collection system in AS400 Platform.
- Concise understanding of the system development life cycle.
- Mentoring junior resources and review of deliverables assigned to team.
- Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products, Visio.
- Concise understanding of the system development life cycle.
- Effective people leader with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.

**Role Specific Skill Set Requirement**
- Strong functional and technical platform knowledge on collection domain CACS, CTA, AS400, mainframe (CICS/COBOL) and distributed platforms.
- Hands-on development knowledge in AS400.
- Project estimation for the deliverables assigned.
- Highlight risk and issues during the project phase.
- Support SIT and UAT defects and work with teams across to close the testing on time.
- Accountable to manage deployments on SIT, UAT and Production.

Manage the post deployment warranty support and ensure all issues has been addressed before closure.
