Role & Responsibilities
Provide technical support for application-related issues and perform daily service health monitoring, server maintenance, and resiliency improvements.
Deliver new and improved capabilities in systems monitoring, recovery, and stability.
Support server maintenance, system access, monitoring, backups, patching, and health checks.
Maintain and develop service operations documentation.
Monitor service dashboards, system capacity, and perform health reviews.
Implement defect fixes and resiliency improvements.
Assist in training staff and customers on system functionalities.
Investigate user-reported issues (L1/L2 support).
Write and understand complex SQL and automation scripts.
Develop mitigating and preventive solutions.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
1-4 years of technical/application support experience across multiple platforms.
ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred.
Experience in IT Service Operations preferred.
Strong understanding of IT industry environment and business needs.
Experience supporting Web/Mobile/Client applications.
Good communication skills.
Hands-on SQL query experience.
Willing to work in shifts (24/7).
