**About the role**:

- Evaluate and authenticate the basic credit master data and the information declared by the customers on CRF documents via available tools and ensure KYC process for customer account creation.
- Evaluate financial/commercial risk of a customer, detailed analysis of financial statements for development of a risk profile of credit customer using analytical results to establish risk rating and prepare analysis write-up to obtain necessary approvals or recommendations.
- All credit decisions must be made in accordance with the applicable credit policy & procedures and clearly documented/archived.
- Periodic re-assessment of credit customers as per defined minimum frequency. In addition to these minimum frequencies, re-assessment must occur if there are events that have a material impact on the credit worthiness of the customer.
- Manage credit portfolio with rating agency efficiently.
- Manage the release of credit block orders, identifies the reason behind the order block and provides basic credit information with supporting justification to obtain prior approval from the authority holder.
- Ensure validity/authentication and safe keeping of bank guarantees. Manage security arrangements to ensure timely actions taken to renew or replace expiring bank guarantees.
- Strong collaboration and coordination with businesses, customers and other stakeholders (AR, CI) to resolve day to day queries and ensure business continuity.
- Keep up to date on issues within the businesses by having close relationships with stakeholders and reading information from industry sources.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
- Certification in Credit Risk analysis would be an added advantage
- 5-7 years in a similar profile in a bank or a corporate
- A result oriented and focused team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight time pressure whilst still maintaining high standards of work.
- Knowledge of ERP, MI and Business Support, to advise and support business decisions.
- Ability to deal with conflict effectively and challenge the business when necessary
