This Service Sales Specialist has the task of delivering the Electrification; Global Markets division service portfolio to ABB customers within the Market Asia Pacific in Singapore location, helping to drive sales volumes and margins across the Service product portfolio and regularly updating the database with changes made on-site. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing the service sales strategy, with a focus on penetrating installed base and promoting various upgrade, retrofit and value-added solutions.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Responsible for driving growth in sales for service offerings on Electrical Medium and low voltage system.
- Preparing sales plans and quotation according to our service strategy and perform regular status reviews. Understanding and learning customers’ needs and proactively resolving customer issues. achieve key sales targets together with service sales team, ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring
- for your colleagues and the business.
**Your background**:
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- A degree/diploma in engineering
- The ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
