Finance - Task List

Payment:
Review and verify payment requests (mainly T&E, payroll and office expenses) to ensure appropriate approval Prepare payment wire request to HQ treasury team, ensure effective communication between treasury and agencies, and direct agencies for payment

Close to the Books:
Book Journal Entries as needed. Make necessary FX adjustments for float balance Make service income entries Load actual into HFM from SAP and run variance check to ensure proper loading Complete monthly account reconciliation Work with corporate tax team to complete the quarterly tax package Work closely with PMC team to ensure data accuracy Prepare local statutory to US GAAP reconciliation Analyze intercompany profit in inventory and report results on a timely basis

FP&A:
Analyze SG&A variance to prepare commentary and countermeasures when needed Work with HQ teams to run the sales report Prepare forecast for next months, build in known change and adjust for go-gets based on YTD trend Load forecast into One Stream Prepare annual budget and 3year strategy plans Coordinate weekly sales & orders process. Explain drivers of any variance to expectation. Analyze and explain drivers of variance in results. Understand drivers of mix within Singapore business. Be able to articulate how shifts in volume between product lines changes profitability. Perform finance review of contracts for project business within Singapore. Provide guidance on required changes to proposed contracts (incoterms, payment terms, pricing, etc.) in order to appropriately manage risk within the business & deliver required profitability Work with local Director to analyze optimal inventory levels. Support elimination of slow moving & obsolete inventory on hand Support timely cash collections process. Hold monthly meetings with commercial team to review delinquent accounts and determine appropriate actions to ensure collection on those accounts.

Audit & Compliance:
Prepare and coordinate statutory audit Review the quarterly FOP process with HQ
