Key Responsibilities include:

- Manage the creation and changes to flight schedules during disruptions in our system, guaranteeing that flight timing (OOOI) and Bay information are timely and accurately updated.
- Effectively handle Aircraft Communication Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS) communication messages to and from aircraft. Your role ensures that all information is coordinated, acknowledged, and conveyed to the right parties.
- Keep a close eye on flight progress and actively disseminate relevant information like departure, arrival, and delays. Your vigilance helps keep all concerned parties informed and ensures flights complete smoothly.
- By monitoring and highlighting aircraft departure and arrival, including late inbound flights, you'll be instrumental in keeping our flights on time or with mínimal disruption.
- Assist in flight efficiency initiatives like the arrival sequencing of flights at Changi airport, the management of Tactical Cost Index Adjustment, and ensuring Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) Management Measures are communicated to the crew.
- Manage Aircraft Tracking in alignment with regulations and support monitoring of significant weather conditions like Typhoons, Volcanic Ash, and severe weather, along with monitoring Extended Diversion Time Operations (EDTO) Fuel Scenarios.
- You may also be called upon for any other duties as assigned by the department, reflecting the dynamic nature of this role.

- Able to work shift duties as this role is operational 24*7
