- Responsible for the General Office duties.
- Performs all mail room, overseas and local courier, photocopying tasks.
- Maintains inventory for stationery and pantry supplies.
- To act as the point of contact and coordinate with all external contractors for cleaning, equipment maintenance and pest control etc.
- Requires some physical strength to assist with office moves and other general adhoc projects.
- Ability to prioritize appropriately and work with mínimal supervision.
- Resourceful, proactive and a team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to evolve with the position as required.
