**Key Responsibilities**:
**Build process documents and process models**
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose process improvement opportunities
- Design and document business functional requirements, process diagrams that are aligned with the organization’s business goals in flowcharts, process maps or other visualization tools to represent the steps involved in each process
- Use business process modeling techniques to document current/ as-is and to-be processes, including process flows, business rules and key performance indicators (KPIs)

**Identify opportunities and map out process flow to address and mitigate issues**
- Map out process flows when issues arise to highlight bottlenecks and root causes of the issues
- Gather pertinent and relevant data by conducting interviews and workshops and performing due diligence to relevant programs and stakeholders to capture detailed workflows and identify gaps to improve processes
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of process improvement, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices

**Collaborate with key stakeholders in identifying processes that need improvements and transformations**
- Engage with various stakeholders including key leaders in all functions.
- Communicate changes and updates in processes to relevant stakeholders and cross-functional teams

**Analyze Data and Provide Insights**:

- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of process improvements and identify potential gaps in the documented processes

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- A strong background within business process architecture (particularly process frameworks, control functions and operations)
- Able to deal with ambiguity and have experience of designing solutions collaboratively across a wide stakeholder group
- Minimum of 2 years experience in process design, collaboration and documentation
- Process design and documentation in BPO setting is highly preferred
- Experience with Big 4 business process analyst is a plus
- Knowledgeable of process toolsets, modeling tools and process architecture frameworks
- Enthusiastic, personable, and articulate with excellent written and spoken English

**Effective communication Skills**: Strong communication & presentation skills to cascade information about process developments and updates to relevant stakeholders in meetings

**Teamwork skills**: Ability to collaborate work in a team to build trust with different team members and establish partnership to build and design working process documents across all key stakeholders
