- NITEC or Higher NITEC or Diploma in the respective disciplines (architecture/ civil & structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) or other relevant fields
- good interpersonal skills, meticulous and independent, have pleasant disposition and effective communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the:

- creation of 3D BIM models using BIM authoring software for Singapore building projects (preferably with experience in modelling HDB projects); and/or
