Performance Data Analyst

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We’re looking for a commercial minded analyst to support sales team by providing data driven insights into vessel efficiency, fuel consumption and business performance. This role involves working with diverse datasets to generate actionable reports and recommendation to enhance customer value and internal decision-making. Your main focus will be on vessel and business analysis. You will then utilize this data into useful insights for customers and internal teams to helping them improve their work efficiency.

This position will be reporting to Business Support Manager and based in Tuas, Singapore.

Responsibilities- Analyse vessel performance and environmental data to evaluate actual hull and propeller conditions.- Analyse and monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform sales strategy.- Support Technical Sales and Sales Representatives by delivering actionable insights during customer meetings, helping to build stronger client relationships.- Collaborate with the Digital & Data teams to develop tools and services that address challenges in diverse trading environments.- Provide input to improve and evolve our hull performance solutions, services, and premium product offerings.- Deliver regular reports and performance documentation to customers, including tailored recommendations for improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.- Fluency in English language (both verbal and written).- You have great presentation skills and a problem solver.- Familiar with programming (Big data, MATLAB, Python).
