**PR/ Communication Manager**

As a Communications Manager in the luxury fashion industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the brand's image, strengthen its reputation, and effectively engage with the target audience. You will oversee both internal and external communications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead public relations efforts to drive brand visibility and maintain a consistent brand voice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Communication Strategy**: Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with the brand's objectives and values. Ensure that all communication efforts are in line with the luxury fashion industry's trends and standards.
- **Media Relations**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key media outlets. Manage media inquiries and proactively seek opportunities for press coverage to increase brand visibility.
- **Content Creation**: Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for press releases, product launches, brand stories, and other communication materials. Ensure content reflects the brand's tone and messaging.
- **Crisis Communication**: Develop crisis communication protocols and manage communication during challenging situations to protect the brand's reputation and maintain transparency.
- **Internal Communication**: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment among team members, promoting a cohesive brand identity.
- **Event Promotion**: Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote luxury fashion events, fashion shows, and product launches. Handle media invitations and coordinate press attendance.
- **Influencer Engagement**: Identify and collaborate with fashion influencers to amplify the brand's reach and create impactful partnerships.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies using relevant metrics and analytics. Use data-driven insights to optimize future communication efforts.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news. Utilize this knowledge to identify opportunities and innovative approaches to communication.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Communications Manager in the luxury fashion industry or a similar field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated success in media relations, securing press coverage, and managing media inquiries.
- Proficiency in crafting engaging content across various communication channels.
- Crisis communication experience and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative communication strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a solid understanding of luxury brand positioning.
- Collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous, considering the diverse international luxury market.
