**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to conceptualize, brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with project goals and stakeholder requirements.
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- Meet with stakeholders in order to understand the stakeholder's objectives
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in order to address their needs
- Create detailed 2D sketches, drawings, and digital renderings to illustrate design concepts and ideas.
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Proficient in and Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity in AutoCAD will be an added advantage
- Strong creative and communication skills
