Singapore STRAITS RETAIL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be accountable for the AR function of various shopping malls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor debtor balances and review collections
- Follow up with Tenants on payments and billing matters
- Ensure timely month end closing of AR and Revenue functions, including preparing journal entries
- Perform monthly variance analysis for management reporting
- Prepare various revenue reports, debtors ageing reports and bank reconciliations
- Ensure accurate monthly billing of rental, season parking, atrium rental, advertising and miscellaneous income
- Review Statement of Accounts and issue Reminder Letters
- Work closely with Leasing and other departments on billing and collection matters
- Review and recommend measures for continuous improvement in internal controls and business processes.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in retail malls are preferred
- Meticulous and strong analytical skills for financial data, with an eye for details
- Strong leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to self-motivate and encourage cohesive work team
