As a research company, we uncover cultural meaning in big human data to design positive change and impact at scale. We merge machine learning with human, cultural intelligence. Our team of anthropologists, engineers and designers develop dynamic models and maps from the billions of data points generated from digital behaviour with contextual ethnographic immersions.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
The specialist acts as the bridge between the Quilt product team and our product end user clients. They will help assist the entire product onboarding process by designing and managing delivery of client onboarding programs. They will also create product content to keep clients engaged and guide them in using the product better. This means that they are comfortable with both sides of customer communication - leading relationship building efforts and assisting with customer support, as well as conceptualizing and writing product marketing material.
You will be collaborating closely with the product team to stay up-to-date on product improvements, and also with the content and design team to translate these product features into readable content for diverse audiences.
You are **meticulous and flexible **, able to advise clients on suitable ways to utilize Quilt data research products.You **communicate clearly **; work cohesively with external clients. You write **logically **and **succinctly **, for product end users to understand the product knowledge. You like to think out of the box, always on the lookout for new ideas and creative ways to produce content.
**What you will bring to Quilt.AI**:
- Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity
- A Bachelor’s Degree. We will also factor in relevant certifications (e.g. Coursera).
- Understanding of data visualisation and visual analysis techniques
- You have a customer/client oriented mind
- Technical product user writing/ content writing and copywriting experience
- SEO skills to supplement product article online visibility
- Good communication skills to a professional audience
**Preferred (Additional requirements which are not necessary prerequisites)**:
- Experience with Tableau data visualisation software
- Experience with social media listening tools
- Experience in customer support
