4. Inform the relevant department of any breakdown or issues, and coordinate the right actions.

5. Anticipate the risks, analyze data, and advise on corrective actions to implement them on the ground

7. Ensure proper documentation is submitted within the schedule.

8. Oversee and manage a fleet of drivers to ensure safe handling and delivery of customers’ cargo.

9. Communicate with the customer service department for any customer queries.

**Requirement**:

- A dynamic team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in fleet control management.
- Independent, highly motivated, and self-driven to initiate and implement processes.
- Thrives under the pressure of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a Singapore driving licence is advantageous.
