**Investor Relations at IPIM**

Investors are the bedrock of our business, and the Investor Relations team plays a vital role in understanding their needs, offering compelling opportunities in global real-estate markets with exceptional service. The team is responsible for investor reporting, client servicing, distribution strategy, and capital raising.

**Position**:Operations Assistant

**Location**:Singapore (Full-time, On-site)

**Role Overview**

The Operations Assistant role provides support to the Investor Relations and Operations teams. This junior position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to begin a career in fund operations, client servicing, or compliance. The role focuses on administrative and operational tasks that ensure the smooth running of investor onboarding, reporting, and CRM management processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the investor onboarding process by assisting with document preparation, data entry, and liaising with internal teams.
- Help maintain accurate investor records in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Assist with coordinating and distributing investor communications and marketing materials.
- Support the preparation and consolidation of fund and investor data required for statutory and regulatory reporting.
- Provide general administrative support including file organisation, data consolidation, and scheduling.
- Help track fundraising activities and timelines by preparing internal reports and summaries.
- Liaise with third-party service providers to support operational requirements.

**Qualifications**

A diploma or degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.

**Experience**

Prior internships or exposure to financial services, fund administration, or office-based work are a plus. This role is well-suited to recent graduates or career starters, and no prior full-time experience is required.

- Able to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
