Job Responsibilities

This role is a predominantly sales role, focused on creating card acquisition opportunities in the online space through merchant partnership tie-ups. You will be accountable for sales targets and deployment strategies within your assigned merchant segments. You will need to have a wholistic approach to each partnership, creating mutually beneficial opportunities for the partner and the Bank, including cross selling of other bank products.

Identify and connect with suitable merchant partners, develop effective marketing campaigns and collaterals to drive sign-upsWork with internal stakeholders and partners to develop marketing materials and perform campaign fulfillmentManage on-boarding processes for new merchantsReview campaign performance, identify gaps and make necessary tweaks to ensure quarterly targets are metManage monthly reports and billing/invoicesThis is a commission-based role where a percentage of your compensation is tied to meeting sales targets.Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 2-3 years’ experience in a sales or sales-related roleExperience in account management and partnerships will be an added advantage.A team player with dedication to providing quality performance and speed on executionHighly self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to work fast and smart independentlyStrong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailGood knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
