**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the implementation of internal audit recommendations and conduct ad-hoc control reviews.
- Develop and update group-wide policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations (URA, SGX) and best practices.
- Manage insurance renewals, ensuring timely coverage and compliance with loan refinancing requirements.
- Lead the business continuity management (BCM) project, safeguarding business resilience.
- Prepare annual risk reports and contribute to sustainability reporting.
- Oversee annual internal control self-assessments across business units.

**Essential requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy and qualified CA certification.
- Proven 5-7 years of experience in internal audit, internal control, risk management, or compliance, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
- Prior experience in a public listed company, ideally in Singapore.
- Hands-on experience with risk management, group insurance, BCP, and sustainability activities.
- Strong track record of preparing risk reports and maintaining risk registers.
- Excellent writing and communication skills to develop and revise policies.
- Experience with loan refinancing and insurance renewal processes.
- Ability to travel regionally for site visits.
