**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
Telecom Incident Response
- Responsible for day-to-day Telecom incident response, 24/7/365
- Investigates, researches and analyzes Telecom incidents as they are escalated or reported
- Provides personalized support to user escalations
- Reviews and analyzes SLA breaches
- Analyzes and reports performance against Telecom KPIs
- Provides recommendations for improvement where KPIs are not met

Telecom Operations
- Responsible for day-to-day Telecom operations, 24/7/365
- Troubleshoots complex issues escalated from the Staff Telecom Engineers or Global Helpdesk
- Responsible for the overall health and management of the global telecom infrastructure
- Creates and enacts process/plan for any UAT or DR activities

IBX/Office Expansion/M&A Integration and Support
- Executes against documented plan or develops new plan, if needed
- Orders and installs new equipment
- Resolves issues and/or escalates issues to manager or IBX construction/project manager
- Travels to sites, as necessary

Telecom Architecture
- Responsible for reviewing and approving Telecom architecture for implementation
- Researches and validates Telecom best practices for enterprise deployment, HA and DR
- Evaluates recommendations and implements changes
**Qualifications**
- 7+ years experience
- Bachelor's preferred
- CCNA Voice/Video/Collaboration Certification preferred
