Our client is a market leading manufacturer of sound systems. Due to continued business growth, they are looking for an Accountant to join their Regional team based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e., AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, employees’ reimbursement, inter-company and etc.)
- Handle cash flow management
- Assist in the month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
- Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
- Assist in yearly statutory audit
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities when required
- Support and ensure compliance with both management and statutory filing requirements
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks in support of accounting department
- Manage ad-hoc requests assigned by the manager
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

**Requirements**:

- You should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in accounting preferred
- Good working knowledge of IFRS
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Microsoft Dynamics 365
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle internal/external customer service requests professionally
