The Gallery & Events Operations position is responsible for the Sustainable Singapore Gallery & Marina Barrage. Taking custodian and care as well as managing the gallery operations, logistics and management.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Supervision of gallery operations and ensure smooth operational processes.

2. Inspection of gallery works and barrage operations.

3. Manage events, logistics, workshops and activities within the organisation.

4. Collate and submit operational reports.

5. Manage inventory items and collate reports such as visitors and marketing outreach, programme participation and feedback, etc.

6. Liaise with external stakeholders on exhibition, events and programmes set up.

7. Ensure functionality, safety checks & operation ability of organisation spaces.

8. Assist the PUB management & Gallery Manager to facilitate programmes and manage operations.
