- Support strategic development & long-term planning of vehicle options, retrofitting parts, and Porsche Lifestyle business
- Proactively monitor and analyse pricing and option trends both within Porsche models and in comparison, to competitors, recommending adjustments to maintain competitiveness and profitability
- Take initiative in the management of pricing and product offerings, ensuring that product configurations and pricing are optimised for market demand, relevant, and aligned with global strategic objectives
- Develop and implement local product and pricing strategies for Porsche Lifestyle products
- Manage and maintain internal sales systems, and support markets in system maintenance related topics
- Provide training to regional teams on systems, processes, and product knowledge to ensure effective strategy execution across markets
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, sales, marketing, and free importer markets, to ensure smooth execution of pricing strategies and the alignment of cross-functional objective

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related degree
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in automotive, business planning or related business area
- Highly motivated team player with a strong analytical and innovative mindset, communication skills, and attention to detail, and has aa solution-oriented attitude
- Well-established project management skills, and aptitude for managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English language as a minimum. Knowledge of German language would be an advantage
