- Job Overview
- Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead the account management strategy for Government accounts, building a robust framework around these and identifying future areas of untapped opportunity to further scale revenue. Forming deep relationships with existing and future clients, you will be a brand custodian and work closely with the clients to innovate the existing technology and improve their business outcomes.
- Key Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years experience in Account Management or Client/Customer Success
- A proven track record in working with Government (Public Sector), preferably in a regional/global capacity
- Strong problem solving skills and excellent communication and presentation skills
- First class stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Highly organised and structured with the ability to manage relationships on a global scale
