**The Role**
We take entertainment seriously and so do our customers. As brand ambassadors of HBO GO Asia, the Customer Service team supports HBO's mission to deliver a seamless and personalized streaming experience to customers in Asia.
**We Are Looking For Someone Who Will Be**
- Involved In Daily Operational Work And Who Will Go Above And Beyond To
- Represent HBO GO Asia in managing customer enquiries through communication channels.
- Provide first level troubleshooting and resolution of issues reported by customers.
- Take ownership of escalation, follow-up and resolution of challenging service cases.
- Consistently achieve swift and satisfactory resolution of all service cases.
- Engage customers to develop long term relationships and confidence in HBO GO.
**Must-Have to succeed in the role**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience providing customer service and/or in other customer facing roles.
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Experience in text-based communication is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts and flexibility to work on week nights and weekends.
- Bonus: Experience working on digital products and services.
- Bonus: Experience working in the media/entertainment industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enjoys interacting with others.
- Desire to help others with patience and empathy.
- Ability to solve problems through analytical and creative thinking.
- Ability to stay calm and focused while under pressure and in challenging situations.

**Salary**: $1,392.40 - $3,500.00 per month
