** Basic + AWS + VB**

**Our client is a reputable company in chemical that amplify the quality and performance of other products while reducing their environmental impact.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems; perform software installations and upgrades.
- Attempt proactive resolution of end user and IS support issues to maintain a high level of visibility within the end user community.
- Participate in team projects that enhance quality of service and promote technical and career growth.
- Participate in schedule rotations as needed, including weekend and overnight support.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree (No experience are welcome to apply) or 2 years of relevant work experience
- Added advantage if experience in on the below:

- Microsoft Windows 10
- Microsoft Internet Explorer and Edge, Google Chrome, and Safari
- iOS/Android devices
- System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
