**SUMMARY**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and identify the top human risks to our organization and the behaviours we need to change to mitigate those risks
- Develop, manage, and implement a positive security awareness program, which focuses on changing behaviours both at work and at home
- Coordinate Security Awareness initiatives during Cyber Security Awareness Week or IT Outreach, and throughout the year (Live events, articles, newsletters, etc.)
- Collect and analyse data and produce reports demonstrating the effectiveness of awareness and education initiatives
- Lead the creation and procurement of awareness deliverables and learning content, leveraging various channels for effective delivery in our global organization, measures the usage of the content and its effectiveness, and develops metrics
- Incorporate security awareness into brown bag sessions and virtual learning, including new hire orientation, new manager training, and other events
- Establish a security awareness network with key stakeholders throughout the organization to understand risks and business objectives
- Owns and manages relationships with security education and awareness related vendors
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the phishing assessment program

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 6-8 years of experience in cyber security and cyber security awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel (advanced MS Office skills, i.e. mail merges, pivot tables, charts and graphs preferred)
- Strong English language skills are required - written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good time management, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Passionate about learning and teaching about Cybersecurity
- Ability to create interesting animated educational content
- A basic understanding of the different concepts of Cybersecurity is required.
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex messages in a simple, clear and engaging manner
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of a collaborative team
- Creative, organized, positive, optimistic, and energetic

Additionally, having any of the following skills or experience will be a plus
- Experience with Cyber Security Awareness programs
- Basic understanding of cyber security principles
- Experience with data analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with e-learning and training platform such as Wizlearn, KnowBe4.
