**What the role is**
- The Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) serves as the regulatory and developmental agency for the early childhood sector in Singapore, overseeing key aspects of children’s development below the age of 7, across both kindergartens and childcare centres.
The Sector Funding Branch is responsible for overseeing funding and grant schemes for pre-school operators under the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

**What you will be working on**
- We are looking for a dynamic team player to join us. You will play a key role in designing and implementing services as well as funding policies for young children. You will need to be meticulous and will work closely with various stakeholders including the service providers and government agencies to ensure compliance and effective fund administration.
Specifically, you will assist in (including but not limited to):

- Developing and implementing funding schemes and policies for young children
- Designing operational policy and administering funding for schemes for young children
- Preparing funding agreements
- Coordinating tenancy with landlords and service providers
- Planning and reviewing fund administration process workflows
- Implementing process checks to ensure compliance

- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- Have strong reasoning/analytical abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who can work well and build good collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.
- Good analytical skills as well as effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft office
