**Hiring: Admin Assistant (Academic Department)**

**Location: Bukit Timah Campus (nearest MRT: Beauty World station)**

**Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (alternate)**

**Salary range: $2200 to $2500 per month (commensurate with experience)**
- Assist the Academic Executive in the day-to-day documentations and operations
- Assist teachers in printing of materials, issuance of stationeries etc
- Assist in distribution of uniform for students
- Handling general office administration such as data-entry, printing, scanning, checking of documents
- Assist in checking the accuracy of part time teachers' timesheets by verifying with lesson plans
- Assist in campus operations such as arranging of printer/aircon servicing, ordering of stationeries/office supplies, contact maintenance for repairs etc
- Assist in booking of meeting rooms, event set-up etc
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Able to work within deadlines
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Neat and meticulous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
